This is our second kitchen from New Design, over twenty years between the two of them. Helen, Shaun and Sam are so helpful and have all the time to talk through the options. They even gave us demonstrations to help us choose. It doesn't just end in providing a quote and arranging kitchen delivery, they are are also able to provide help with getting your kitchen fitted. HOW'S THAT FOR AFTER SALES SERVICE !! We had a complete fitted kitchen installed by Nick Rowe and his team. That was 8 years ago and we recently had a leaky hot tap valve for which we had difficulty sourcing a replacement. A visit to the love;y Helen in the New Design showroom in Bridgtown and less than 24 hours later Clearwater Taps couriered us a replacement part ! Excellent customer service at all times. We had our kitchen fitted 9 years ago. Today I spoke to Helen about a dripping tap and the issue was dealt with at once. We recently had a new kitchen designed by New Design Kitchens of Cannock and installed by their recommended fitters. It's the best thing that we've had done in years. All friends and family who have seen it are amazed at the outstanding quality of the kitchen. There were several little "quirks" that we had to overcome because of the size and shape of the kitchen, but this proved no obstacle to the friendly and helpful team. Kitchen recently supplied and fitted by New Design, Cannock. Helen, Shaun and Sam were all very helpful and patient (without ever being pushy) as we went through the complexities of the design process, changing our minds on a number of occasions. The appliances were very competitively priced. The company went out of their way to resolve issues related to global supply problems. Cabinets seem to be very good quality and, again, everything was done to meet our complete satisfaction. Installation was completed smoothly and on time to a high standard. No hesitation in recommending New Design Kitchen, Cannock to others.
