- Goods remain the property of New Design Kitchens (Cannock) Limited until full payment has cleared which is to be paid 7 days prior to delivery. - Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed. We are sorry but deposits are none refundable, and an administration fee maybe charged up to the total value of the order
- Delivery dates are approximate only & while we make every reasonable effort to adhere no responsibility will be accepted for any delays which are beyond our control. We suggest that you don’t make firm dates with tradesmen to install any items until you have taken delivery of the items and have checked them
- Any damages to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Any claims for damages will not be considered outside this period
- The customer shall at their own risk & cost, provide such assistance as may be necessary to enable safe unloading of goods at their chosen delivery destination
- We cannot undertake to accept goods returned, ordered from us incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to requirements. We shall endeavor to assist our customers where possible by accepting at a reasonable re stocking charge the return of goods which are normal stock items but special order & nonstock items ordered specially from the manufacturer cannot be returned unless prior agreement has been obtained and restocking charges mutually agreed
- The customer must accept sole responsibility for the suitability of goods ordered
